Welcome to the Counseling Center

Welcome to the Shaw University Counseling Center. The Counseling Center offers free and confidential services, delivered by competent and experienced counseling professionals. We offer short-term individual, couples and group counseling to Shaw University students and staff. The counseling center staff is dedicated to assisting students with their psychological, personal, social, substance abuse and academic needs. It is a place where students will find understanding and acceptance in whatever they are going through. Along with psychological services, the counseling center also offers disability services for those students identified with a disability. The staff takes pride in the work that is done in the counseling center and looks forward to taking the collegiate journey with each and every student that attends Shaw University.
